The U.S Marine Band marches onto the parade deck during an evening parade at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., Aug. 7, 2015. The Honorable George P. Schultz,the 60th United States Secretary of State, was the guest of honor for the parade and Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., 36th commandant of the Marine Corps, was the hosting official for that same parade. The Evening Parade began in 1934 and features the Silent Drill Platoon, the U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Marine Corps Drum and Bugle Corps, and two marching companies.
