Administrative Clerk Private First Class Lisa Dominguez of Chicago joined “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band in March 2026.
Dominguez graduated from Bolingbrook High School in Bolingbrook, Illinois, in June 2019. Prior to enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, she worked in customer service positions in multiple fields. In August 2025, Dominguez enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended recruit training Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, graduating that November. She then completed Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton, California, and Personnel Administration School at Camp Gilbert H. Johnson, North Carolina, before reporting to Marine Barracks Washington.
As an administrative clerk, Dominguez updates the Marine Band members’ personnel files, processes enlistment, re-enlistment, separation and retirement packages, and other administrative duties.
