Operations Specialist
Staff Sgt. Jacob LeJeune

Operations Specialist Staff Sergeant Jacob LeJeune of Latrobe, Pa. joined “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band in January 2024.

Staff Sgt. LeJeune graduated from Greater Latrobe High School in 2012 before attending Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in music in 2016 before enlisting in the Marine Corps that same year. After completing recruit training at Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Staff Sgt. LeJeune was stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif. as a member of the 1st Marine Division Band.

Prior to joining “The President’s Own,” Staff Sgt. Staff Sgt. LeJeune was with the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band in Okinawa, Japan.

As an Operations Specialist, Staff Sgt. LeJeune is responsible for the daily scheduling and logistics of the Marine Band and Marine Chamber Orchestra.
