PFC Guillermo Martinez

Administrative Clerk Private First Class Guillermo Martinez of Castaic, Calif., was assigned to “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band in November 2023.

Pfc. Martinez graduated from Valencia High School in 2021 and enlisted in the Marine Corps in March 2023. After completing recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, he attended Administration School at Camp Johnson, N.C. Pfc. Martinez then received orders to Marine Barracks Washington D.C. with “The President’s Own.”

As an administrative clerk, Pfc. Martinez’s responsibilities include updating the Marine Band members’ personnel files, processing re-enlistment and separation and retirement packages, and other administrative duties.
