"The President's Own"

Supply Office

The Supply Office manages and executes the budget for “The President’s Own” and provides logistical and administrative support to the Command including: sourcing, procurement, property accountability, equipment acceptance, delivery, disposal, and redistribution. The Supply Warehouse is responsible for gear issue, temporary gear loans, shipping and receiving of government supplies, and disposal of government gear through the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office in liaison with Marine Barracks Washington Post Supply.

Gunnery Sergeant Kathryn Woltanski

Supply Chief Gunnery Sergeant Kathryn Woltanski of Elmwood, Wis., joined “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band in May 2020. Gunnery Sgt. Woltanski began her musical training on flute at age 10. In 2003 she graduated from Elmwood High School, and in November of that year enlisted in the Marine Corps. After attending recruit training at Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Beaufort, S.C., she continued her training at the Armed Forces School of Music in Virginia Beach, Va.

Prior to joining “The President’s Own,” Gunnery Sgt. Woltanski was a musician in the Marine Fleet Bands, performed with the Parris Island Marine Band and Combat Center Band at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, Calif. In 2010 she lateral moved into the Military Occupational Specialty 5523 (Instrument Repair Technician) and served in that role for the Parris Island Marine Band, Marine Forces Pacific Band in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and the Quantico Marine Band in Virginia.

Corporal Hoai Doan

Supply Clerk Corporal Hoai Doan was assigned to "The President's Own" United States Marine Band in July 2020. After graduating in 2016 from Florin High School in Sacramento, Calif., Cpl Doan enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and continued training at Ground Supply School at Camp Johnson, N.C. Prior to his assignment with "The President's Own," he served with the Headquarters Battalion, 3d Marine Division in Okinawa, Japan.

 

 

Corporal Jerry Godefroy

Supply Clerk Corporal Jerry Godefroy was assigned to "The President's Own" United States Marine Band in July 2020. After graduating in 2016 from Windsor Locks High School in Connecticut, Cpl Godefroy enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Beaufort, S.C., and continued his training at Ground Supply School at Camp Johnson, N.C. Prior to his assignment with "The President's Own," he served with the III Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion in Okinawa, Japan.

 

 

Corporal Robert Jackson

Supply Clerk Corporal Robert Jackson was assigned to the Marine Band in February 2020. In 2012 Cpl Jackson graduated from Troy Christian High School in Dayton, Ohio, and in 2017 he enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Beaufort, S.C., and continued his training at Ground Supply School at Camp Johnson, N.C. Prior to his assignment with “The President’s Own,” he received orders to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 at Camp Foster in Okinawa, Japan.

 

 

Lance Corporal Caitlyn Yates

Supply Clerk Corporal Caitlyn Yates was assigned to the Marine Band in March 2020. In 2018 LCpl Yates graduated from Oakland High School in Roseburg, Ore., and in 2019 she enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. After completing training at Ground Supply School at Camp Johnson, N.C., LCpl Yates was assigned to serve with "The President's Own."
