Join the Marine Band in concert at 8 p.m., at the Sylvan Theater, on the grounds of the Washington Monument. Street parking is available or patrons may take Metro's blue, orange, or silver lines to the Smithsonian Station. Inclement weather announcements will be made on the Marine Band's Concert Information Line at (202) 433-4011 by 6 p.m.
